Urgent care is for the problems that are too pressing to wait for an appointment and not serious enough for an emergency unit: wounds that need closing, infections that have turned, dehydration, sprains and sudden pain.
You can walk in. If your problem turns out to need a hospital, we stabilise you and arrange the transfer rather than sending you to join another queue.
